Do I need to sign a contract in order to rent a space?
We take pride in making things easy for you. That is why we have chosen a flexible rental process. We want you to be able to rent for the length of time that fits your needs. We do not require a fixed-term contract. You will complete a rental agreement prior to moving in and that agreement will stay in place on a month to month basis until you chose to leave.
How do I cancel my rental agreement?
We ask that you notify our administration within 15 days of moving out. There is no paperwork to complete. The only thing we ask is that you leave the unit as clean as you found it.
How do I reserve a unit?
Our units are rented on a first-come first-served basis. If you require a unit, it is necessary to complete the rental agreement and process payment. Once complete, the unit is yours for as long as you need it!
Can I complete all required paperwork in advance of my hectic moving day?
Absolutely! We encourage this and are available at your convenience.
Do I need a lock?
Yes, you will be required to supply your own lock. Be selective as not all locks are made the same. DON’T WORRY…we have secure locks onsite for sale. We’ve got you covered.
When can I access my storage unit?
Our secure facility is open daily from 7am to 7pm. After hours attendance can be accommodated to meet your needs by contacting our office in advance.
